Butternut squash, spinach & parmesan risotto    V/GF

Red onion & beetroot tartlets with mixed leaves & toasted pine-nuts    Vegan

Whole boneless plaice stuffed with prawn & crab thermidor with new pots & green beans   V 

Spatchcock poussin, marinated in garlic, thyme & lemon, chargrilled & served with roasted vegetables    GF

Pan-seared fillet steak with red wine & wild mushrooms, dauphinoise potatoes & wilted kale    GF
